I just got an email and ordered online from one of the distributors that Dansco has made a limited number of the 7070 albums available. Just putting it out there that some are hitting the supply chain.

I had read on their website that they had started production on these. I wonder if the 'limited number' will drive the price up any?
I would love to see their production facility...are they hand making these or are they partially or fully automated? My background in equipment design begs to know.

That is where I ordered mine, I think $47.50
No gold page, too bad.
I would rather join with an army of sheep led by a lion, than an army of lions led by sheep.
Any updated pages?

Look like the same pages from the one I had 15 years ago. I don't think they ever came with gold pages either.
Thanks for sharing that!!

I think providing pages made of gold would drive the pricing up substantially, lol. 😂

My collecting “Pride & Joy” is my PCGS Registry Dansco 7070 Set:

I thought I saw on their website where they said they would not be updating the 7070, but perhaps a Vol 2 of it. I check their website periodically. https://www.danscousa.com/
I bought one off Amazon a few months ago
I bought one directly from Dansco, I was a little disappointed that 3 of the 4 large cent holes were notably oversized. Is that typical for their 7070?

Yes, also true in the large cent dansco album I have. They say it's due to inconsistency in size and shape of early large cents. The later ones are a better fit. My large cents are mostly "culls" my criteria is, can I read the date and no holes or counter stamps so I don't mind in the large cent album if they get a little movement. In the 7070 I have not filled those holes yet because I'm waiting for the right coin, but I've read others cut a small wedge from a cardboard 2x2 as a shim to keep it from moving around.
The large cent holes are better oversized than undersized. It's bad practice to make and sell a product that doesn't fill its purpose.
Some of the first albums I've made had that same issue.
