I have acquired many rolls of pennies that are in plastic tubes are they uncirculated

I have acquired my grandmother's coin collection and I'm trying to figure out if these roles are uncirculated

Many collectors used to put their uncirculated rolls in plastic tubes but they also put many circulated coins in plastic tubes as well. Photos will be needed if you want an answer to your question.

If the edges of the coins in the tubes are "bright and shiny" then you have a good chance of them being uncirculated. But as stated: Need Pictures.

Being in plastic tubes doesn’t mean they are uncirculated. I have hundreds of coins in tubes that
are all circulated.. As mentioned best to take some out of the tubes and supply a clear photo.
