2020 d Lincoln cent DDO DDR 2.5g ?

    My thoughts about the modern Lincoln Cents (2017 - to present) is that many show a much better strike as if the dies are
    made with better tech. and material. Maybe a new type of press ?
    Your photo's are spot on and does show a DD O+R.
    Give your thread a day or two for others to reply.
    Question is , what's your next step ?

  • Thank you. I'm fairly new to collecting. Learning a lot from this site and people here. My plan is to collect. Pretty soon I will be going through my collection and redefining what they are. Because I know that I have labeled some of them double dies when they were actually machine doubling.

    Most likely not a doubled die variety of any kind, but the photos are not good enough to tell for sure (bad lighting/too much glare).

    The doubling is subtle, so these are not good varieties for a beginner to look for.
