How's quality been on the Proof Peace Dollars?

At the risk of asking a question that's already in the "official" thread, has anyone seen issues with the new proof Peace Dollars? Mine seems to have been mishandled during packaging.

Mishandling is putting it nicely. I have posted this in a couple of other threads, but both my Morgan and Peace had foreign material inside the capsule.
