I bought this today at a flea market, it is certified:
Guess the grade; also looking at the "special" varieties on the PCGS coinfacts page of various other strikes, do the services ever get the attribution wrong on that?

It is hard to tell with that lighting…
AU58?
My YouTube Channel
I agree the lighting makes it looked cleaned.
If it straight graded, AU55
I'm using one of the older digital cameras, a Sony Supersteadyshot DSC-T100:
AU58. Not a details coin.
Maybe an MS62 and it’s the strike, not wear?
AU Details, Cleaned. 1921 Peace comes satiny but this looks a little too washed out, hence why I suspect cleaning. It is a strong AU coin, though. 58 detail for sure.
AU55 if it will straight grade.
Here it is:
It almost looks like a matte finish, why I asked about the various strikes on the Coin Facts page. Not a chance they got it wrong I'm sure. Not the usual cleaning, not sure what was done to it.
I was going to say altered surfaces, it looks unusual
