Are the 1947-66 Baseball Exhibits included in the 1960's Grading Special?

While issued over many years, and could be approximately dated with the Made in USA/Printed in USA variations, PSA does not differentiate the years on the slab. Does anyone know if they could be submitted in the 1960's grading special? I sent a question to PSA, but they did not respond with an answer.

    I believe that, because of the card size, the Exhibits require the larger slab size (tallboys).
    As part of the 60s Special, it specifically states:

    "Exclusions: No Tallboys, Supersized Cards, T3 Cards, Jumbo Cards, Coins/Pins, Packs, Tickets, Jumbo Tickets, Funko Pop!, Crossovers, Reviews or Dual Service"
