Is this Cull Peace dollar more likely or less likely to be a (dateless) 1921?

Without a date, it is difficult to determine with certainty, yet are there enough 'tells' on this cull/worn Peace dollar to state it is more than likely a 1921 or is it less than likely?

Even in lowgrade or cull the rims are somewhat more pronounced than the 1922 and forward.
NOT conclusively! Just much more so than average.

Here is an example of a lowgrade Peace dollar without the high relief on the 1921s:

I also look at the portrait and see the outline is more defined- so to speak.
