I don't like to be a doubting Thomas, but I think that the date would show its doubling, especially strong in the 7 and 2. See attached picture.
You do have some doubling as shown, but I don't think its the 1972 DDO, but another variety- less popular/valuable.
Not a DDO, it looks more like DDD, another worthless type of doubling. You can’t have spread on both sides with a DDO
