Anyone know if the Melville NY Coin show is worth going to try to sell some coins/exonumia?

I've been here before but it was years ago. Anyone know any dealers that setup there that are worth trying to sell to? I see they have one this weekend. Thanks.

I'm usually there twice a month, so I'm familiar with most of the dealers. It depends on what you have to sell, but you can expect offers in the neighborhood of 20% back of bid on coins, and I doubt you will find much interest in exonumia. What exactly are you trying to sell?
Medals, socalled dollars, moden dealer store cards, seated half dollars and type, US mint medals, a few varieties, early large cents.
Melville is best for selling bullion and generic coins. No one there is a specialist in anything that you are selling. Try here, if you haven't or a Facebook coin group.
For Seated halves and early large cents, you can try Lorraine of L&T coins (she and Tony set up near the men's room).
You could also consider consigning your items to a Mitchell Auction. Scott Mitchell will be at the show on Sunday showing lots for their upcoming auction. They should be willing to take items for their next auction.
