Would like to get this graded but no idea what company to use. Any suggestions?

Don't know who would grade it, but that is pretty cool.
There are quite a few encased postage stamps on eBay and none are slabbed so I would assume that none of the established grading services currently slabs them. Be careful buying encased postage stamps. Some have been skillfully opened and the window which is usually cracked or crazed mica was replaced with a fresh piece of mica and the stamp was replaced with a better quality and rarer higher denomination stamp.

I can not find any record of any that have been "slabbed". But I seem to remember seeing one.
Anyway, yours is quite nice. Originally, all the cases for the Gault encased postage were silvered brass. The silvering is the first thing to come off during handling, and most do not have any left, even higher grade specimens.
The only detractor to yours is a small ding in the edge at 4:00 on the front. Other than that, it is about as high a grade as you can ever get on these.
@MWallace might add some value to this.

Thanks @OAKSTAR . I checked with the 4 TPGs a couple of years ago. ICG was the only one that would slab them.
@MWallace- It really looks great in that ICG slab! 👍🏻 👍🏻

You and me both.
Looks like everything sold through Heritage was "raw"... no graded examples.
Definitely worthy of an ICG holder. Do we know what the "EP-42" designation means?

"EP" = Encased Postage.
The catalog number (EP-42 in this case) is from the Scott Specialized Catalog of United States Stamps.
.
I've seen one in a segs holder, I don't know if they still do or not, I have no connection with them.
Interesting side note - it looks like empty Drakes Plantation Bitters bottles are worth a similar price as the encased stamps 🧐

Slab within a slab, as the mica case is already a slab for the stamp.
Somewhat like the GSA within the big PCGS holder.

Will we see this for other rare slabs, like the black NGC?
