I have to agree. The frame and the "unsigned" jersey is your only value here. I'd take it out of the frame, use the frame for another jersey, and wear this jersey. Also, make sure your phone is in focus before hitting the button on closeup pictures.
Or if you want to keep it framed, invest in some UV plexiglass or glass to retain what little is left of the autograph. It’s not too expensive - plexi should be under $200 for a hockey jersey size piece and installation by the framing shop (I just did it for an autographed jersey) and would normally be worth it for a valuable unfaded sig (it might be too late to make it worthwhile in this case).

with it being that badly faded, I'd say it's not worth much of anything unfortunately.

I hate when they use invisible ink! If we talk in terms of PSA card grades, that auto gets a PSA 1-2! The value faded away!
I’d pay 200 bucks to wear it during a beer league game.
