Listing error(s), most clueless person ever, he won Mega Millions, or hijacked acct./fraud??

The descriptions of their listings over the last day smell like the last option. But how did he get seemingly normal pics of THOSE coins? (consecutive serial numbers on the Asian pieces)???:

Not sure if I follow what you’re saying. If seller sent the coins in to be graded, it is possible that
he would to get consecutive serial numbers. Also he seems to have a very good feedback record.
Exactly what do you think is wrong with the listings?

I think he's referring to the fact that an authentic Kweichow Bamboo Dollar in XF is like a $500k coin.
