I sent this Morgan off for grading. I’ll post the true views when they are available. Care to guess the grade? Would it get a PL designation? I included a video to show the mirrors better.

Looks very nice but extremely hard to judge via pics/video. I will guess 65 Pl or unc details altered surfaces. Maybe DMPL if surfaces original. Good luck!

UNC details
Unless there is something weird with the image, I would say unc details, obverse cleaned/tooled. I don’t like the haze inside/around the letters.
Edited to add tooled.
Would need better images to make any guess at the grade. There's no doubt that the video shows reflectivity, but the haze looks sus to me.

I would say it has a shot at 65 PL, but I am not familiar with Morgans that have been altered in this fashion. I would love to see what PCGS says. Good Luck!

64/65 if straight, but as others pointed out, possibly cleaned. The edge devices look odd but could be lighting. As for PL that is really tough by PCGS... but possible.
Edit: after watching video, if straight I think PL is definitely possible

Thanks for the input!
Agree. Details due to surface issues around letters. Can't tell if there is circulation rub that would make it AU in which case PCGS will not give you PL if not details.

if staight grade ms 64 maybe pl
otherwise unc details 30"plus mirrors for dmpl string a tape measure out and see if you can see 30 " in the reflection
What is 30" plus mirrors?
It is a decent-looking coin.
But my opinion is that the coin was polished and the face was artificially re-frosted.
In the first picture posted, note the star below the last "M" of UNUM.
There is cartwheel luster between that star and the deniticles.
That is an area that is harder to get at to polish (because it is protected by the higher design elements around it).
The cartwheel luster is lacking in the open field areas because it was polished away.
I hope you got a good deal on it regardless.
I agree something looks off with the surfaces.Im going to say Unc. details.

The coin came with a collection I bought off a guy who teaches with me. I paid $22 for it. If it comes back details, I’ll just give it to my kiddo for his current collection he likes to play with.
