How do you value something like this

    Value it as scrap.

    Not an error, It’s damage, there is no value unless you take it
    to the bank and get your 25 cents back.

    Looks silver, which puts the value at $5 or so. But, yes, damaged.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.
