Is there somewhere on the submission form where you can ask that if the auto grade is not a 9 or higher to please give it an authentic instead?

    You can only choose Authentic or Number Grade according to their site.

    There is a note section that you can type anything you want at the bottom of the page you enter cards on... Whether they read them and follow them is another question.
