Found this proof 2003-s penny in change from a local gas station. At first I thought is was just a gem mint 2023 penny. Some new pennies are so brilliant they stand out from the rest.
Yes I'm sure it was probably stolen but amazing to find a proof coin in circulation.

    Doesn't have to be stolen, I find proof coins in circulation all the time. I have found so many proof state quarters that I have considered trying putting together a full set of impaired quarters.
