Just wondering if this is a Satan finish or sms it's not like any of the other 1964s I've seen before. Kinda soft smooth finish to it not a high shine at all.

If you didn't buy it in one of the original auctions where the very few 1964 SMS coins were sold, or from someone else who bought it there, it is not a 1964 SMS nickel. You can stop looking for 1964 SMS nickels in the wild.
The coins which have been designated as SMS examples appeared in a number of different auctions, not just one.

you meant to write Satin but misspelled it as Satan , which is kind of a Freudian slip?
