I've seen them. They are relatively rare. If the truview matches the coin and cert, I think you are good!

Not a fan. I think the currency style holders make much more sense for GSA soft packs.

Thanks everyone; just struck me as odd since I had never seen one! The low grade of the coins caught my attention as well...
I collect Peace Dollars in GSA soft packs and they are one of the few things I send somewhere other than PCGS. I agree the currency style holders make much more sense for GSA soft packs.
