is this what is commonly referred to as the floating roof lincoln cent? it also looks like its missing a couple letters to me by the monument.

The floating roof and missing letters are the product of over polishing of the die.
It can occur on any year memorial cent and is fairly common. In fact they are not
even recognized by the top TPG’s anymore.
Also I don’t think your qualifies as I can see a partial line on the right side of the roof.
There cannot be any sign of the roof at all to qualify as a floating roof.
ok so a floating roof would have NO discernable lines between the two sections, at all? i thought it was kinda strange that of the few of the floating roof examples i had from years back, 4 out of 5 were missing the letters as well, and they just got polished off you say?
Do not the floating rooves lack the designers initials, as well?
Edit: I saw OP’s mention of missing letters, (they are faint on this cent).
Here again you can barely see the letters on your cent but yes, they have been
removed by die polishing as well.
