This is from the Flying Eagle roll. I've been searching all morning and can't find anything on a RPM like this. Does anyone else know anything about it?

That's a D under the actual D. Like it was put in the wrong place to start with.
Looks to be a small grease Struck Thru. From at least out of focus photo you provided.
I hope this is a better picture
