Photo is blurry, but looks like a strike-thru.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
Lincolns eye appears to be doubled also.
No doubling at all, but it is a struck thru error.
Cool that's the first one that I have found.
Should I have it graded?
No. Pump n' Dump. Some collectors treasure such "errors" while other just consider them to be defective coins. Sell to the group that considers them to be treasures, take the money and run!

Not unless you want to spend about $60.00 on a coin that has little value over face.
