What is happening with Lincolns eye? I have 14 of these.

Is the mark raised or incuse?
Honestly I have never felt of to see.
If just one coin probably just a stain but 14 coins? I couldn't imagine rust on the die in 2022.

Make it 15 that came from the same roll. And it is raised.
If it is raised, it is probably a die gouge.
It's a bit common to find die gouges in the field areas of the die but not so in the recessed areas. Strange anomaly.
