PSA Scans of Raw Cards

Once the cards are graded and the scans of the graded cards appear in the order, is there no longer any way to see the initial scans of the cards before they went to grading? I have a couple cards with dinged corners that I don't remember being there, but I am unable to see the initial scans...

Oh I’m sure they didn’t have dings. Their lazy Assembly people damage corners all day long. I’ve had several

Once your grades post, the access to the initial scans disappear, at least via a button. If you saved the URL, you might be able to still pull it up. Check your browser history if you looked at them. Keep in mind, the raw scans are not to detect after the fact damage, they are only there to double check that the person in Research & ID entered your cards into the system correctly...

Thank you sir -- I wasn't aware that the initial scans couldn't be used if you wanted to make a damage claim. So you have to have a picture that was taken before the cards were mailed to PSA?

Ehh, that isn't really proof as it could be a different card, the raw scans would be better "proof". I guess if you opened a ticket, they could look at the raw pic and then watch the video of the card getting abused by the grader!
