    FYI, that's a proof coin. Virtually all proofs have full steps.

    I don’t think this would make a Full Step designation. There are too many disturbances in the steps.

    Seeing as how the coin hasn’t been professionally graded, any suggested on-line values for graded examples are essentially meaningless.
