Is it worth more than a nickel?

My family all know I'm a coin collector, so whenever anyone finds something i get a message. I guess this is the opposite of people with parking lot finds that think they're going to be rich?

Its a quarter so it automatically is worth more than a nickel. Its silver so its worth more than a quarter.

And it is in a bit better condition so it is worth more than silver.

Yep. I was just surprised that anyone could look at a coin that is clearly marked as a quarter and not think its worth at least that....
