Bought my first ICG certified coin

Snagged this one as a bullion buy for a little over spot, and as a bonus it came in this interesting slab.
The insert on the back reads, “This Special Edition is limited to 250 sets and is personally hand signed and hand numbered by the US Mint’s 11th Chief Engraver/Sculptor, Elizabeth Jones.”
An eBay search shows she did this for a few of the Olympic series commemoratives, including the silver coins. It’s nothing I sought out, but adds some interest to an otherwise boring purchase.
(scratch/hairlines are on the plastic)
Nothing is as expensive as free money.

I like it. It's not a bad looking slab! 👍🏻 👍🏻

bought about a dozen ICG 1999 W unc. (struck with unfinished proof dies) $10 AGEs that were mislabled without the W. The W uncircs. were not discovered until after the major TPGs initially graded them with the wrong label.
