there's pretty much always a premium for real silver over paper spot price. Premium depends on the product. Check ebay completed sales for an item to know what others are paying for it.

Yes, there is a huge premium for genuine 3 ounce Engelhard poured bars. There is $73 worth of silver in that bar and it's likely to bring well over $1,000 of sold at retail.

For any three ounce it is also good to look at the counterfeit registry and see if your serial number is on there or close to another. Luckily yours is not in a suspicious range.
