Found these 5 in the last 100 dollars of Kennedys I searched. No sign of reed's at all.

    4 are from the 90's and 1 is from 1973.

    Please show a photo of the complete obverse and reverse. May be a dryer coin.

    You can see the remnants of the reeding so it's pmd. IMO
