1976 Eisenhower Dollar Reverse Bell

Reverse shows two Cracks in the Bell!
I can’t see any displaced metal as if it were PMD.
Any Opinions would greatly be appreciative.
Thanks

The incuse right hand crack is part of the design, as it's part of the Liberty Bell (just in case you didn't know).
The left hand "crack" might be a strike-through.
It probably is.

im not sure it might add a little. still the same its nice to have
Thanks!
To me, it looks like a left over annealing mark that simply was not struck out of the planchet. These are typical on the high points of these coins.
To sell it as a 2nd Bell crack would be deceptive.

The name is LEE!
Thanks!
I am inclined to agree that it is some sort of damage to the planchet that survived the strike.
