I would call it VF30 details, environmental damage, cleaned, net VG8. I'm not up to date on the current Canadian market values.
I suspect it was buried for a long period, found then cleaned.
Hard to tell variety from the photo but it looks like Obverse #2 in which case in that condition
is probably worth $20-25.00
