It looks like you’re selling multiples of the same date/mintmark. It hurts everyone (you, GC, other future sellers) if you dump through like 5-10 of the exact same coins on the same day. Prices suffer for your auctions, and it will set a precedent for upcoming auctions to bring less. It appears GC is doing you a favor by slowly selling them to improve your overall net take.
You should have had them graded yourself.....then spoke with GC directly and told them what you wanted in terms of listing them in lots of 20 or so or all at once no reserve. Only once you had established a contact person for your consignment should you have sent GC the coins. I had a 19 coin consignment with GC.. listed sold within 4 weeks. Only complaint was it took 3 weeks and a couple phone calls to get my check. Remember the old saying..The squeaky wheel gets oiled first. Squeak a little.

Exactly. They are doing what they need to do to maximize your return and theirs while still allowing other customers to list similar coins with them.

It appears to be a communication issue, not a matter of failing to try to achieve the best results,

I just sent the OP a note to apologize. The person working on this since his note on the 16th has been out sick - and I didn't follow up myself. His last few coins will list on Monday (or we'll return, whichever OP's choice).
Thank you Ian. I have bought and sold through great collections for several years and never had a hiccup. No disrespect or hard feelings intended.
Thanks again
I hope this situation is worked out. Good to see you stepping up publicly Ian even if it’s past due.
I called GC Friday afternoon to raise my buyers limit and was told to email them. I said the faq advised to email OR call. Jessica put me on hold and said it was handled. Will find out tomorrow night. Fingers 🤞🏼
