Quick question on submitting grading requests to drop off at the National

I am trying to submit a few higher grade cards via PSA submission form to drop off a few cards at the National for same day grading service. When I enter the quantity, specific card and estimated value the submission form just sits there and won't allow me to enter the quantity for that specific grading fee ? Anyone know what is happening ? Thank you
