Looks like a VG10 to me. Those reverse rim hits could be an issue for a straight grade though.

I'm in the VG10 camp. The rim bruises are probably not bad enough to prevent a straight grade.
ICG called it "VG10", rim issue was not deep, probably a net grade taking that into account.

Depends on the era of submission. F15 at best VG10 at worst (so average F12). I'd get F Details Scratched from ANACS these days.
