It's always nice to see pictures of an old book of stamps. My guess is the book was published around 1920 judging by the stamps inside. Not much there in value and some of the stamps are in rough shape (torn). Many collectors back then used glue to the backs of the stamps to affix them to the pages, other than soaking, they are impossible to remove. If you try to remove them by hand the stamp would often tear at a corner. Similar to a few stamps that you have in the pictures.
