Cheap eBay Sales

I see people selling rolls of Wheat Back Lincoln Cents for around $4 with free shipping. How is this possible? My Furst Class shipping charges run $3,75 to $4,25 Then there's the coin value, eBay fees, packaging, etc.
What am I missing? Is there a much cheaper way to ship?
I love them Barber Halves.....

Sometimes people just want to get rid of stuff, and are willing to take a loss. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done it.
why don’t they either spend the coins or deposit them w/zero loss?
Well, as an example, I sell UNC 90% silver JFKs for $7 with free shipping. That's less than they're worth but much more than face value.
Are these BINs or auctions? It's always possible that they greatly undervalued what the item would bring or they forgot that postage has gone up over the last 30 years.
And to add to that, if I ship them in holders in parcels I really take a hit. I don't spend too much time doing this, needless to say.
I see so much stuff selling for low prices on ebay. It also seems like even reasonable priced BIN stuff just sits forever.
I know for what I collect it seems like the same coins are listed forever.
I wonder if it's because there is just so much. I'm not sure of the number of US coins for sale but I have no doubt it's massive.

Why wouldn't you sell in bulk here in the classified section?
Would save you a lot of time Unless you're doing it as a lost leader to develop a client base.
And if you're not getting contact information on buyers well it's truly a lost leader.
