Curious about coin sets in relation to Komsco Bullion series

I collect Komsco coins. There are Registry sets for the Chiwoo Cheonwang (Hero general) series and Zi:Sin (Chinese zodiak) but not for the other bullion lines Komsco makes. Is there a reason some lines are represented but not others? There is no set for Tigers, Phoenixes, Taekwondo, and I think they have a domestic wildlife series too. Or for that matter why isnt there a proof set for Chiwoo?

Sets can be requested. I've heard that this may take some time and with awards so close, you may want to hold off after they are released...
