So has anyone else received this medallion from the ANA for joining with a membership?

It was joining or renewing or making a contribution (for those of us who don't need to renew).

    I bought one after market.

Didn’t even consider that there was an aftermarket for this medallion.

Seems there’s a market. Several listings. $50 certified is the average
