Crossover sub rates

What is driving these rates so high? Is it the liablity to crack the slab open?

What are you talking about.... it's the same price as just plain grading for single cards (except not at the $25 level), though they do offer a bulk price for TCG of $15, but I guess you'll need 20 cards!

The pricing isn't so nice for dual graded cards. I have some I'd like to crossover, but it seems you can't do it for less than the $55 Value Plus level.

I found out the hard way. I had blue flips I sent in ,wanting the dual grade. I should have cracked them out instead in which I would have saved $25 a card. They charged me $55 a card which is BS because a raw card not even PSA/DNA is only $30. Come on PSA get better at your customer service.
