PCGS Registry Set not updating with newly CAC'd coins

I just received my coins back from CAC Stickering and my successfully stickered coins are not reflected in the "Sticker" column. It's been a couple weeks already. Does anyone know how often this gets updated from CAC?

It is a known issue, neither the PCGS or NGC registry is able to access the CAC database at this time. What is not known, or at least what is not being communicated, is if this problem is a simple matter of updating the recent domain name change at CAC in the registry(s) lookup or if the issue is at CAC.

Thanks for the reply. Sounds like we just need to wait and see what happens as CAC grading gets underway.
I sure hope this is not what I think it is

Im hoping for the best, but I fear for the worst. I would think that the CAC website domain change is something that could be coded and fixed by PCGS or NGC in 5 minutes. The fact that it still persists.....😬

Almost all my sets are PCGS CAC. This will cause me heartburn if either CAC or PCGS do not allow this to continue to happen. I can see why both would have their reasons to have it end.
It seems like a call or email to customer service to clarify the status/future of PCGS/CAC sets is in order.
Doubtful, I would expect a canned reply along the lines of; "we are aware of the problem and are working to fix it" or something along that line. I'm sure that some people at each firm are aware of what is happening but for now that seems to be an under wraps type of affair.

Ah yes, the super informative, collector conscience, of the PCGS Public Information Office has once again...failed.

just loaded a CAC coin to my set, so back in business!
I reported this to PCGS (setregistryshared@collectors.com) on 6/22 and then again on 6/28, and on 6/29 I received the email below. Today, 7/22, it's still not working for me. I deleted a recently-stickered coin, re-added it to PCGS inventory, and it still doesn't acknowledge the CAC sticker. As a buddy of mine says: "that's unsat." I agree with my buddy.
I assume that:
1. Data sharing agreements have been in place between the two firms. If CACG unilaterally broke those agreements, PCGS would have cause for action and would be justified in publicly calling them out.
2. PCGS knew CACG was forming, and would have had ample time to respond to upcoming changes.
3. Addressing a new URL (i.e., "cacgrading.com" instead of "caccoin.com,") even if it is necessary to facilitate the database lookup, is a trivial matter.
If anyone knows of a posting or news article that clarifies this, I'd love to be further educated. In the meantime, the June 29 email below:
Hello Sean,
Thank you for notifying us!
In regards to your coin not being listed as CAC in our database, our IT team is aware of this matter and are reviewing the databases to determine how best to move forward.
Being that our I.T. Team is extremely busy at this time, you can always create a "Collectors Showcase" to display that set for now.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Have you verified that the coin is in fact a CAC coin?
Edited to add: If you want you can provide the cert # this way we could run some tests.

NGC a few days ago removed the point "bonus" for CAC coins....
