Is the submission form not populating or real slow for anyone??

Trying to input a submission, but nothing is really populating as I begin to type or only a few things will show up after thinking for a long time.... Used to be instantaneous. Now I just get the spinning arrow, but nothing to select from, even if I just put in a year or year and first name or set name. Tried multiple browsers and even my phone not connected to wifi (in case it was an ISP issue). Figure I have to enter the 90's special today!

    I entered one on the last day last month… and noticed something similar… maybe it is a volume usage thing with people getting into the system on the final day?

    Just a thought.

    I thought of that, saw that happen with CGC when prices were going to change, but figure the PSA computing power is many multiples of theirs, and we are really only talking a 90's special. Worst case I could just type out the card manually and hit save and let the Research & ID person suffer!

    Reported it 6 hrs ago. And I'm using fiber optic = I shouldnt see spinning wheels :s

    Email I got says "fix coming out next few hrs."

    I'm just manually entering them for small 20 card orders. Need to ship today!

    Just got my call back from PSA...... They said to just enter it manually and R/ID will fix it. Said IT only works during the week, so may not be fixed till next week!

    I couldn’t manually input anything yesterday and now the special is gone. This morning it works for the other pricing tiers. Do you think they will honor the $15 special since they knew they had a problem?

    You couldn't type anything with your keyboard and hit save? I had no problem doing that in the afternoon. It was fixed in the evening before the special was over. You'd have to create a new submission, then email PSA, plead your case (the rep probably won't even know about the issue), and then hope that that person can transform your submission.. And if you don't have 20 cards i guess use the $25 option so you can give them a submission number to modify. Better option would probably for them to give you credit voucher to make up the difference and apply to the higher cost sub.
