1985 Dime - Error?

I have a 1985 Dime that seems to be misaligned on the obverse. Some of the lettering on the reverse is also somewhat faded. Can anyone confirm this is/isn't an error or PMD?

    Normal wear.

Appears to be either weakly struck or possibly struck through grease. If the obverse die is slightly misaligned, as it appears it might be, that could help explain the weakness in strike.

These are errors, but in this case, they are not dramatic enough for the coin to be worth extra money. Worth keeping in your collection as an example, since you're interested in learning about errors, but not worth trying to sell.

Maybe struck on a thinner / tapered uneven planchet? Some areas appear to be normally struck with good details, while others are quite soft. (and soft areas on front and back match up, that may indicate thin areas on a plachet?)

    Have you weighted the coin?

Not sure exactly why, but you see this a lot on 1980’s dimes.

I'm leaning towards "Struck on a Blank". No annealing / no upset rim.
