2023 "VDB-V" variety + BST questions

I recently found this coin in pocket change, and after seeing the prices I have decided to sell it. I'm not sure how to though, eBay has some weird thing about keeping the money, and BST is based on trust. Heck, I don't even know how to ship a package :# ! If you have any suggestions or can provide me some insight, it would be greatly appreciated.

And show off your modern varieties if you want. ;)
