I use it and like it. Super easy.
They just don't have fedex as an option.

A semi-retired buddy of mine who used to own Comic Shops has used the service daily for the last 6 months, and has had no issue thus far.
IMHO their name makes it seem sketchy, not sure it's optimal for good business.
