Steering customers your way, how do you do it?

I've had trouble getting the few customers I get through google to leave me reviews. A local dealer has around 100 Google reviews and swears by it. One customer said he didn't know how to do it, or doesn't have a google email. How do you steer customers your way?

I put them first and get to know their preferences. How long they have been collecting, what they are collecting or have been collecting, what their budget is, and intersperse the conversation with some of my own experiences as a collector. I might show them a few fun pieces that they are not obligated to buy. Most importantly, I want to make sure they have both a good experience and the right experience.

Easy, I would offer them some type of discount or incentive in return for google review.

Well, one way to get them interested. One of my friends, were just explaining to me how he won some cash

by gambling on slots. He stated, "sometimes he loses and sometimes he wins!" Lol.
Then, I explained my way to get ahead. I told him, " I just go to the bank and ask for some quarter rolls". Then, I would find a $500 quarter in the roll!
Lol. (Speaking of my 2023p Bessie Coleman quarter I found in a roll and sold on Ebay!)
Then, I told him, I would take the rest of the quarters back to the bank for my original cash!

That said, I think offering incentives to customers to leave reviews is against their policy.

Have no idea how rigorously the policy is enforced, or how detected violations are penalized.
I figured that was probably a policy, but I doubt if it's rigorously enforced at all. Ive been incentivized to leave reviews, and I did. Most times, I'll go out of my way to leave a review if the business owner or employee simply asks me to.
Kudos to @logger7 for even being concerned with this, most coin shops I look up have pitiful reviews (2-3 stars) mostly because of customer service/rudeness. Im aware that bad reviews might come easily in this industry when someone doesn't like the offer they were given for their coins. I understand that the older generations might not care much about it, but my generation lives and dies by google reviews. I won't step foot in a restaurant with less than a 4.3, nor would I go out of my way to stop in a coin shop that has poor reviews.

I've mentioned it to a few, but either the customer doesn't want to be bothered or is not aware what fair and generous service is. Most times I'm making little more than minimum wage on purchases and all the time spent does not translate into real profit.
