How do you tell the difference between MD and DD also which type of doubling are these photos?

Please no screen shots, they are too pixilated to see fine detail. Also always enclose a photo
of the complete coin when making enquires, we don’t even know what year that Memorial cent is.
To answer your question, that is common Machine Doubling easily recognized by the reduced
devices and shelf like appearance. In a DD, the devices would be enlarged with impressions the same height.1 -
