Error $50 or Regular Sheet?

I Bought the note on the right more than 15 years ago as a “End of Roll” error but I know it’s not. I think it’s the top note of an uncut sheet. Did the BEP issue sheets with the color borders? It’s about 1/3 inch longer on the vertical side. Other $50 just for comparison. So Error or Not?
Thanks,
Mike

It’s definitely cut from a BEP issued sheet.
Personally, I’m not a big fan of artificially manufactured oversized margins.

The old expression of “if I knew then what I know now” I wouldn’t have bought it either. I’m not into it for allot so I’m sure I won’t lose $$ on it.
    Thanks Steve,

The fact that it was cut from a sheet is sometimes mentioned on the holder.
    This is not my note.
