How to reach out to Heritage about a coin at auction

I have tried using their "Inquire" button on the auction and even received an automated email but no one reached out to me since. The coin in question is just about a $500 one so probably there might not be much interest in answering. Please let me know if anyone knows if there is any contact I can try to get an answer.
