Question about Mexican 50 pesos gold

Does the orientation of the lettering on the edge tell us anything about whether or not a 1947 dated coin is a restrike? I’ve always assumed that that any 1947 was a restrike, but noticed that on one of my coins the “indepedencia y libertad” is upside down when the coins obverse is facing up. All of my others (all dated 1947) have the edge lettering facing right side up when viewed from side with obverse face up.

They are neat coins - I like them - but it’s not easy to find info about them.
