Press Pass Red Ink Autograph Info?

Hoping someone can help. Trying to find reliable info about Red Ink print runs for Press Pass Football. Have an 05 Silver Red Ink of Erasmus James but unable to find any info about it. Over the years I’ve seen his Silver auto’s pop up on ebay signed in blue ink but no red ink’s. Tried Beckett and TCDB but didn’t find anything. Also have an 06 Chad Jackson Bronze red ink with an inscription and an 06 Press Pass Legends Joe Klopfenstein signed in red but can’t find info about these either. Any help is greatly appreciated!

  • Thanks. See the Chad Jackson which is helpful. Nothing for 2005 and 06 PP Legends though.

  • Found these pics online so I know I’m not crazy.

Maybe there is no mention of it because it doesn't mean anything other than the color of the marker?

  • I’m not Erasmus James and red ink’s in Press Pass where always short printed. Thanks for not helping 👍🏼

Did you try checking box images to see if they printed the red ink info on the back? I had 2007 PP FB hobby boxes and they laid out auto levels.

I don't know what I don't know. I can tell you what I do know is that you are probably going to get more help if you treat others with a little respect.

That was meant for the person who thought it would be funny to ask if I was Erasmus James and please don’t tell me how to treat people. You’re a faceless username on the internet. I’ll leave it at that.

  • My phone and internet are being difficult. The box is a good thought. Never looked but worth a shot. Thanks.

    Tcdb.com
For 2005 there are Silver and Silver red ink inserts, but red ink is serial #d to lower numbers than the 200 you show for Erasmus for example, and he's not on that list.
For 2006 Press Pass, the database shows the red ink as a VAR, black ink (a), red ink (b). It doesn't show print runs though.
I'm speculating that 2005 ink color VAR is unlisted and numbers weren't tracked.
I didn't dig deeper with your other cards.

@FirstBeard wasn't helpful but he was looking for a laugh, so be it, some people like to insert light humor, it wasn't offensive so why not ignore it or have fun with it?

Faceless usernames...pretty sure we all have a face and it's this community of faceless names you came to asking for information.

Realize many of us volunteer to spend hours helping others determine signatures on items, perform price comps, help people find cards to complete sets, and other advice or information like you requested.

I'm not telling you how to treat people. I'm suggesting you relax a little. You do you, but if you want to disrespect people, good luck in life.

Thank you. The not knowing is killing me. I remember it came from a blaster and I know it’s not valuable. It bugs the shit out of me though that print runs exist for all of the 05 red’s except his. Thanks again for the help.
