Is This Post Mint Damage on My 1977 Lincoln Cent?

How's It going to all! This is Erik I am new just joined FYI. I have a 1977 Lincoln Cent that looks like it has a orange peel texture when looked at under a scope up close but from a normal view stand point it looks smoother? I did look up and try to reference similar images that might look like it but could not find any. It didn't look like any coins that came in contact with some sort of acid that I saw. Would appreciate anyone's viewpoint or speculation if it is post coin damage?

Regards, Erik

Looks to be altered by sandblasting, if I had to guess. Doesn't look like acid but rather many small abrasions. It is not an error but rather Post Mint Damage.

It has been altered somehow after leaving the mint.
Doesn’t really matter how, damage is damage.
